Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for providing technical support, understanding customer needs, and tailoring solutions using sensors, signal conditioning, and data acquisition products. Key tasks include building and maintaining strong customer relationships, conducting sales presentations, identifying opportunities for business growth, and collaborating with internal teams to develop innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong Technical Support capabilities and problem-solving skills to guide customers and address complex technical challenges
- Exceptional Communication skills to effectively present ideas, explain technical concepts, and collaborate with clients and team members
- Proven experience in Sales and Customer Service to build lasting relationships, meet client needs, and achieve sales targets
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field is preferred
- Experience working with sensors or data acquisition systems is a strong advantage
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with excellent time management and teamwork skills
