We’re Hiring: Shipping Specialist

We’re looking for a Shipping Specialist to join our Operations team and play a key role in ensuring our products are shipped accurately, efficiently, and on time. If you enjoy staying active throughout the day and working with a collaborative team, this could be a great fit.
What You’ll Do
As a Shipping Specialist, you’ll be at the center of our warehouse and shipping operations:
- Coordinate and process daily shipments to meet customer deadlines
- Receive, unload, and organize incoming materials and freight
- Pack, label, and schedule pickups for outgoing shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory through cycle counts and reporting
- Assemble kits and support light warehouse builds as needed
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and secure
- Assist with backorders and ensure timely fulfillment
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts
Requirements

Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Data entry and basic computer experience
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and standard software tools

Work Environment & Physical Requirements
This is a hands-on, active role in a warehouse setting:
- Standing and walking throughout the entire shift
- Regular lifting (10–70 lbs. unassisted; heavier items with equipment or team lift)
- Frequent use of pallet jacks, hand trucks, and forklifts
- Working in a non-climate-controlled environment (warm temperatures and humidity during spring–fall months)
