Your Impact
As an Equipment Preparation Technician, you’ll be responsible for preparing, testing, calibrating, and ensuring our equipment meets the highest quality standards before reaching our customers.

What You’ll Do
- Unpack and inspect incoming equipment and components
- Perform quality control (QC) checks to meet company standards
- Install and configure components based on order specifications
- Test equipment to ensure full functionality before shipment
- Safely and securely repackage equipment for delivery
- Upgrade NCAT ovens with Ignition panels following set procedures
- Conduct QC testing on upgraded ovens for safety and performance
- Perform in-house calibration of customer equipment
- Maintain accurate records of inspections, testing, and calibrations
- Identify and report defects or inconsistencies
- Follow all safety protocols and standard operating procedures
- Support warehouse, production, or technical teams as needed
Requirements

- Mechanical aptitude and comfort working with tools and equipment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow technical instructions and documentation
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Ability to read manuals, diagrams, and work instructions
- Strong organization and time management skills
- Basic computer skills for tracking and documentation
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and on a team

- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs
