We are seeking a mission-driven, experienced Philanthropy Database Manager to support our fundraising efforts through expert CRM management, donor data analysis, and close collaboration with our Philanthropy, Marketing, and Finance teams. Key Responsibilities
Fundraising & Donor Support
- Serve as the department expert on Raiser’s Edge (or comparable CRM).
- Maintain accurate donor, gift, opportunity, and moves management data.
- Support online giving functionality in partnership with Marketing.
- Track event sponsorships, invitations, and attendance.
- Maintain SOPs for prospect management, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship.
Reporting & Analysis
- Perform complex queries, exports, lists, and segmentation.
- Prepare weekly revenue reports and bimonthly Philanthropy Committee updates.
- Provide post-event reporting and annual donor trend analysis.
- Collaborate with departments to generate mailing lists and reconcile data with Finance.
Gift Administration & Database Management
- Process all gifts, pledges, and donor acknowledgements.
- Ensure coding accuracy, data quality control, and best-practice record keeping.
- Serve as point of contact for Finance regarding gift allocation.
- Manage CRM vendor relationships (e.g., Blackbaud/Raiser’s Edge).
Communications & Cross-Team Support
- Support donor e-newsletters and stewardship communications.
- Train staff on Raiser’s Edge and Raiser’s Edge NXT.
- Serve as a donor-facing point of contact.
- Assist with general Philanthropy department administrative processes.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in nonprofit fundraising, donor services, or CRM/database management.
- Demonstrated proficiency in CRM software (Raiser’s Edge, Salesforce, or similar).
- Experience in database administration, query writing, prospect/constituent management.
- Bachelor’s degree OR 4 years of experience in lieu of a degree.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- High attention to detail with strong analytical and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multicultural team.

Salary : $82,000 - $94,000
