Primary Responsibilities Include
- Work directly with Principals and Project Architects in preparation of design and presentation documents
- Prepare renderings of designs for client presentations
- Create 3D models of home designs with fly through animation
- Assist in preparation of construction documents and project specifications
- Communicate with clients, consultants, and contractors as needed
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited college/university
- Proficient in Adobe Suite, InDesign, Photoshop, Sketch Up
- Proficient in Vectorworks, AutoCAD
- Strong hand drafting and sketching skills
- 1 - 3 years of residential design experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Collaborative spirit and wiliness to work with others to create legacy works of architecture
- Must love dogs
