Part-Time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant – On-site, about 15-20 hours per week.
The Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy (ICP) is a non-profit mental health treatment and training institute, providing post graduate level advanced and specialized training for mental health clinicians, and providing mental health psychotherapy treatment for adults and couples.
Position Description: The receptionist greets all patients and students coming into our institute for outpatient mental health care services and training programs and workshops. The receptionist should be welcoming, kind, patient and wanting to help others. The receptionist handles all front desk responsibilities, including answering calls, taking messages, making copies, scans and assisting patients with making payments if asked, and fielding questions from our students and patients.
In addition to managing front desk responsibilities, our receptionists help maintain a welcoming and presentable environment throughout the day (with support from our off-hours cleaning service), complete general office tasks, help to set up for events, ensure supplies are well-stocked, and complete occasional one-off projects and administrative assignments as needed to support the clinic's operations.
Anticipated hours:
Wednesday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 1:00 PM
Saturday: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM

This part time position would be perfect for a college student or anyone interested in learning more about the mental health field or psychology. A great opportunity for exposure to the field. Applicant ideally would have flexibility in their schedule to cover evenings and weekends, as well as pick up additional shifts when needed.
Compensation: $17 per hour with opportunity for increase after 3 months.
