$25 to $35 AN HOUR!!!
We are currently seeking qualified individuals to fulfill a Program Supervisory role in Fontana/Colton/Bloomington area. Supervisors will be assigned locally based on their place of residence.
Job duties include for Program Supervisor included but are not limited to:
- Create, implement, and monitor Applied Behavioral Analysis program policies and procedures.
- Conduct behavioral assessments.
- Monitor program outcomes and make recommendations for improvement.
- Document patient information including session notes, progress notes, recommendations, and treatment plans.
- Supervise Behavioral Specialist, providing guidance, support, and performance evaluations.
- Prepare scientific and/or technical reports to graph client data.
- Support, mentor, and train Behavior Interventionist and Parents/Guardians
**The ideal candidate will possess the following skills and competencies**
- Masters Degree in Applied Behavioral Anaylsis or Psychology or be currently enrolled in a Master's program.
- Minimum of 2 year's experience in a Program Supervisor role.
- Knowledge of Applied Behavioral Analysis principles and practices to address the needs of individuals with mental health challenges.
- Experience in program development, including the ability to identify client needs and design effective interventions and behavioral mangement plans.
- Ability to effectively manage a team, providing supervision, support, and feedback.
- Knowledge of social work principles and practices to address the needs of program participants.
- Strong administrative skills to oversee program operations and ensure compliance with policies and procedures.
- Excellent relationship management skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
