The certificates they receive are in place to ensure the provider and client feel safe. The document you receive from the third-party background company can be given to any job you are applying for. Our policy states all providers must go through a third party background check only after you are confirmed for a job. We request you do not go through the background check link until you are confirmed for any jobs.ETIQUETTE TRAINING POLICY: Each provider will go through etiquette training to ensure that every provider is a friendly and well-mannered individual. Ability to read, analyze and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, or procedural manuals.  We are looking for a Beauty Specialist to present, promote and sell a wide range of beauty products, including cosmetics and skin care creams. Beauty Specialist responsibilities include suggesting products that address clients’ needs, demonstrating ways to use makeup items and providing product details like prices, ingredients and discounts. To be successful in this role, you should be a beauty expert, up-to-date with all the latest trends and able to offer exceptional customer service. Ultimately, you will help us meet sales goals by building long-lasting relationships with our customers. Responsibilities Welcome customers upon their arrivalAsk targeted questions to identify clients’ needsRecommend the most suitable skin care products (creams, lotions and serums) based on clients’ complexion and preferencesHelp clients find beauty products they’re looking forDemonstrate makeup techniquesCross-sell products, when appropriateExplain product details, including ingredients, price and application methodsMake sure beauty stations are presentable and fully-stocked at all timesInform customers about special offers and discount packages Requirements Proven work experience as a Beauty Specialist, Beautician, Beauty Advisor or similar roleExperience in sales positions is a plusUp-to-date with cosmetic lines and beauty trendsHands-on experience with makeup application techniquesUnderstanding of different skin typesSolid customer service skills with a positive attitudeAbility to perform well in stressful situations (e.g. during peak hours)High school diplomaAdditional education in Cosmetology or relevant field is a plus
