Cortex USA makes hair tools and hair care. Our brand, Cortex Beauty, sells across multiple retailers and eCommerce sites nationwide and in Canada.

Our Amazon marketplace work has previously sat with outside contractors, and we are now interested in bringing it in house.

You would own Amazon for Cortex Beauty from the ground up: the catalog, the listings, the ads, the numbers. You will make the calls on pricing, inventory, and ad spend, and you will answer for the results.

What you will own

• Launch Cortex Beauty on Amazon end to end: Brand Registry, catalog build, variations, listings, A content, Brand Story, and the storefront
• Set up and run FBA, including forecasting, replenishment, and keeping us out of stockouts on hero products
• Own advertising: Sponsored Products, Brands, and Display, with real budget authority and targets you set and defend
• Watch account health like it is your money. On-time delivery, IPI, suppressed listings, policy flags, and cases you actually follow through on.
• Own the channel P&L: pricing, promotions, fees, margin by SKU
• Write the listing copy and brief our in-house creative team on images, A modules, and video
• Report weekly in plain numbers and simple visuals, not screenshots of dashboards
• Take on our other brands on Amazon as the channel grows

What you bring

• 3 or more years running Amazon Seller Central for a brand or an agency, as the person accountable for the account and not as support
• You have launched a brand or a full catalog on Amazon from nothing, through Brand Registry to first sale. Tell us which one.
• Deep in Seller Central: flat files and catalog uploads, FBA shipment creation, case management, account health, and the reports that matter
• You have managed real ad budgets and can explain your ACOS and TACOS targets and why you set them there
• You can tell the difference between what moves rank and what only looks busy, and you can show what you did and what happened after
• Strong Excel. We run the catalog on spreadsheets and you will live in them.
• You bring problems to us early, with the fix already drafted

• Beauty, personal care, or consumer electronics category experience
• Helium 10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, or similar

• Pay: $60,000 to $75,000 a year, based on experience
• Schedule: Monday through Friday
• Location: our Miami Lakes, FL office. This role is an in-office position, 5 days a week.
