Position Overview
The Financial Grants Coordinator provides analytical expertise and risk management support to program directors, ensuring compliance with financial requirements for grants. This role partners with accountants, deputy controllers, and teams to oversee budgeting, spending, reporting, draws, rebates, procurement, contracting, and revenue posting in the state financial system. As a key business partner, you will guide grant management, timelines, and federal/state regulations to promote health and safety initiatives.
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.
5 years managing budgets, reconciling accounts, and financial forecasting.
5 years with statistical techniques and financial tools.
5 years managing grants, goals, timelines, and budgetary constraints.
Highly Desired: State-specific financial regulations/compliance (Indiana preferred); government agency financial analyst experience; Certified Financial Manager (CFM).
