Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business objectives and identify system-based solutions
- Perform feasibility studies and cost-benefit analysis
- Gather and document user requirements and functional specifications
- Evaluate existing systems and recommend improvements or enhancements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand workflows and data needs
- Design and document system processes, inputs/outputs, and reporting formats
- Assess system capabilities, limitations, and scheduling constraints
- Support development or modification of applications and data systems
Required Experience & Skills
- 8 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or similar role
- Strong experience in Applications/Software Development
- Expertise in Data Engineering and Data Governance
- Ability to work independently on complex assignments
- Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving skills
- Experience with enterprise-level systems and business process analysis
