Job Description:
Client is looking for a dynamic Airport Properties Manager to lead property operations, including lease negotiations, contract and financial administration, and business development. This role plays a key part in maximizing airport revenue, ensuring compliance with FAA and regulatory standards, and supporting long-term growth initiatives.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and negotiate airport leases (terminals, concessions, parking, transportation)
• Oversee compliance, financial planning, and revenue programs
• Engage with tenants, developers, and stakeholders
• Lead and mentor a team of property specialists
• Support strategic planning and airport development initiatives
🔹 Requirements:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
✔️ 5 years of relevant experience (property management/real estate)
✔️ 2 years of leadership experience
✔️ Strong knowledge of lease management, finance, and regulatory compliance
