Cisco Webex AV Infrastructure Specialist

Position Overview
We seek a senior-level Cisco Webex AV Infrastructure Specialist with 84 months of experience in networking and audio-visual technologies. This expert will integrate Cisco Webex solutions, including Webex Boards and connectivity, with enterprise network infrastructure. Ideal candidates demonstrate proven leadership on large-scale implementations, holding certifications like CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform technical analysis of existing network and Webex infrastructure, including "as-built" assessments and feasibility studies.
Gather and define business, functional, and technical requirements for Cisco Webex infrastructure and software.
Design conceptual and detailed architectures, including network/security models, data/process modeling, prototyping, and implementation plans.
Install, configure, integrate, and test IT infrastructure components (custom and COTS), with focus on Webex Boards and AV connectivity.
Provide support for IT systems, transition knowledge to operations staff, and create technical documentation/training materials.
Conduct product/system research, review technical deliverables, and assist with issue/risk management for large-scale projects.
Act as liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring alignment on requirements, designs, and standards.
Required Expertise
In-depth knowledge of network infrastructures (WPA2, firewalls, Wi-Fi, voice/data/unified communications, video conferencing).
Vast hands-on experience with Cisco Webex, including setup, configuration, and integration of Webex Boards.
8 years leading complex IT infrastructure projects, with strong skills in technical documentation, communication, and stakeholder facilitation.
Experience with N-tier/distributed computing, client/server, Internet/intranet technologies, and COTS enterprise networks.
Certifications: CCNP, CCIE, Certified Cisco Specialist, or equivalent required.
Preferred Qualifications
Technical Lead experience on automation/IT infrastructure implementations.
Proven ability to identify best practices, improve standards, and support business process reengineering.
