Demonstrated federal contract wins (prime/subcontract).
FAR/DFARS expertise contract vehicle experience (GWACs/IDIQs/BPAs/GSA).
Proven federal agency/contractor network elite communication/negotiation skills.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Government Relations, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
5 years of business development, capture management, or sales experience in federal contracting.
Proven track record of winning federal contracts as prime or subcontractor (e.g., $X million in awards).
In-depth knowledge of FAR/DFARS regulations and federal acquisition processes.
Hands-on experience with contract vehicles, including GWACs, IDIQs, BPAs, and GSA Schedules.
Established network within federal agencies (e.g., DoD, DHS) and government contractors.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with ability to influence senior stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Domain expertise in IT, cybersecurity, Special Operations, linguistics, intelligence, engineering, logistics, or related federal focus areas.
Active U.S. security clearance (Secret or Top Secret).
Proficiency with federal market intelligence tools (e.g., GovWin IQ, SAM.gov, FPDS-NG, USAspending.gov).
Direct experience in capture management, proposal development, or pricing strategy.
Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., APMP, CFCM).
