GC Superintendent
Livonia, MI | Full-time Permanent | $80,000–$120,000
Ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise subcontractors for contract compliance, productivity, and safety
- Lead as "First-In-Command": Conduct daily huddles, weekly safety/progress meetings; enforce safety rules
- Develop/review schedules with PM; manage scopes, labor (NMA/UAW), logistics, and documentation
- Report accidents immediately, investigate, and maintain field reports/records
- Handle labor relations, closeouts, and client relationships
Required Experience & Qualifications:
- 8 years as Superintendent on industrial projects leading large multi-union crews
- 4-year engineering degree or equivalent technical training
- Certifications: MIOSHA 10hr, OSHA 30/MUST, First Aid/CPR, Accident Investigation
- Strong knowledge of civil/site, architectural, MEP; Primavera, Prolog, Viewpoint
- Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving; OSHA/safety expertise
Salary : $80,000 - $120,000
