What are the responsibilities and job description for the People Partner position at Instant Impact?
Most People Partner roles drop you into an established function with defined processes and an existing team. This one asks you to help build those things.
You will have direct access to the HR Director, real ownership of how the colleague experience takes shape across Europe, and clear room to grow as the function does.
If you want a role where what you do is visible and what you build lasts, this is it
Our client, is a specialist manufacturer of high-performance cold-store and freezer workwear, built for sub-zero environments. Part of an international group with operations across the USA, UK, Germany, the Netherlands and beyond, we have grown quickly and the business needs its people foundations to catch up.
You will be the go-to People contact for managers and colleagues - handling the full colleague lifecycle from first day to last, and everything in between.
Key Responsibilities
You are an experienced generalist HR professional with a track record of supporting managers across multiple countries or sites. You know employment law well enough to give practical advice in the moment, and you know when to escalate to a specialist.
You are not just an administrator. You push back when something is not right, you think before you advise, and you get to the root of a problem rather than applying a template. Managers trust you because you are reliable and consistent - not because you always tell them what they want to hear.
You are comfortable with ambiguity. Processes here are being built as you go, and that is something you see as an opportunity rather than a frustration. You follow through on what you say you will do.
