We’re recruiting on behalf of a global marketing execution partner known for creating meaningful and sustainable brand experiences. They are seeking an Account Manager to join their team, focusing on print, POS displays and promotional projects. Key Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, building strong, trusted relationship
- Understand client goals and industry trends to deliver strategic, brand-aligned solution
- Drive sales and profitability by developing value-added, cost-effective project plan
- Oversee end-to-end project execution — from briefs and quoting to production and deliver
- Create and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources while mitigating risk
- Maintain proactive communication with clients, resolving issues within agreed SLA
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams, suppliers, and external partners to meet deadline
- Work directly with suppliers to manage production schedules, quality, and delivery timeline
- Review samples and creative outputs to ensure consistency with brand standard
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and share actionable insights for optimization
Skills & Experience
- 3 years in a client-facing account management role working with print, promotional products, merchandise or POS/retail display
- Proven track record in managing supplier relationships, resolving issues, and maintaining strong vendor communication
- Strong project/order management skills with exceptional organization, prioritization, and multitasking abilities
- Demonstrated ability to grow and maintain accounts, driving revenue and margin growth
- Excellent communicator with confident, client-facing presence and cross-functional collaboration experience (including global team
- Strategic, solutions-oriented thinker with a self-starter mindset and analytical approach
- Detail-oriented and highly proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Comfortable commuting to client office 3 days per week in Richmond, VA
