Last Mile Delivery Operations & Support Specialist

Role Summary

The Last Mile Delivery Operations & Support Specialist is responsible for supporting logistics center operations, managing assigned regional performance, and providing operational support across the logistics network. This role will drive operational excellence through performance management, strategic planning, process standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily operations of company-owned logistics centers and last-mile delivery operations.
• Manage operational performance within assigned regions and provide support to regional teams.
• Consolidate and analyze operational reports, KPIs, and business performance across multiple regions.
• Develop and execute operational strategies to improve service quality, productivity, and scalability.
• Identify and eliminate manual processes through workflow optimization and automation initiatives. Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across the network.
• Support warehouse launches, network expansion projects, and operational optimization efforts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer experience and operational performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher
• 3 years of experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or supply chain
• Experience supporting multiple warehouse locations
• Strong understanding of WMS / ERP systems
• Proven experience with cycle counts and physical inventories
• Experience in process improvement, SOP development, or operational standardization
• Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP)
• Comfortable with limited travel (20%)

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in installation service or final mile logistics operations
• Understanding of logistics systems such as TMS and WMS
• Experience leading projects or collaborating in cross-functional teams
• Power BI / Tableau or similar reporting tools
