Duties
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets.
- Support the Sales Manager in training and mentoring team members on effective sales techniques.
- Ensure compliance with company policies
- Monitor sales performance metrics and provide feedback to the team to enhance productivity.
- Foster a positive team environment that encourages collaboration and high performance.
- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales management or a similar role is preferred.
- Experience in Home Improvement sales is preferred
- Strong mathematical skills, including proficiency in math for accurate cash handling and inventory assessments.
- Excellent administrative skills with attention to detail for managing reports and documentation.
- Ability to manage a team effectively, fostering motivation and accountability among team members.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
