Install America is a family-owned home improvement company with more than 70 years in the industry. We’re expanding our Field Marketing Department and looking for a motivated, competitive individual who wants to earn great money while developing into a management role.
This is a hands-on leadership position. You’ll work directly alongside our field marketing team, generate homeowner appointments, help train and motivate representatives, and assist the Marketing Manager with driving daily production.
What You’ll Do
● Lead from the front by generating homeowner appointments in the field
● Help train, coach, and develop Field Marketing Representatives
● Assist with daily territory planning and team organization
● Motivate the team and help drive daily and weekly production goals
● Help onboard and train new hires
● Develop newer representatives into strong producers and future leaders
● Assist with local events, fairs, shows, and other marketing opportunities
● Work directly with management to help grow the department
What We’re Looking For
We’re looking for someone who is competitive, energetic, dependable, and motivated by both income and advancement.
Sales, field marketing, canvassing, or leadership experience is preferred, but we’re ultimately looking for someone who can communicate, lead by example, and bring energy to a team.
