Public- Instabuds is a locally owned Dispensary immediately hiring both Part-Time or Full-Time Budtenders to join our team! This position is ideal for applicants who enjoy providing exquisite customer service to each guest—and who can positively contribute to our team culture! OPEN AVAILABILITY NEEDED: mornings, nights, holidays and weekends.

Requirements - Budtender :
- All Applicants must be 21 years or older at time of hire.
- At least 1 year of retail or customer service experience
- Must have a Valid ID and Reliable Transportation
- Must pass a background check
- Ability to Work 7 - 8 hour shifts without fatigue
- Proficiency using point-of-sale systems and business communication applications
- Time management, dependability, and punctuality required
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Display integrity, attention to detail, and strong teamwork
Responsibilities - Budtender :
- Provide exceptional customer experience with every guest, every time
- Actively engage customers in a warm and welcoming manner, offer personalized recommendations and solutions, and drive product sales
- Check ID and follow other required compliance duties; stay up to date with laws at the local and state level
- Efficient in cash handling: conducting transactions, managing a register, and closing a shift without frequent errors
- Assist customers on the sales floor by displaying knowledge on cannabis and related products
- Show pride in ensuring products are stocked, organized, and the store is in immaculate condition
- Take ownership of any patient complaints or operational issues to ensure memorable guest experiences
