Job Title: Treasury & Fund Management Analyst
Overview:
We’re seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Treasury & Fund Management Analyst to support daily cash operations, fund movement, and investor reporting for a fast-paced finance team. This role is ideal for someone with strong treasury experience, Excel proficiency, and a passion for process accuracy and ownership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor and report the company’s daily cash position to ensure all accounts are properly funded
- Manage short-term cash forecasts and execute timely wire and book transfers
- Record and reconcile all cash activity in the general ledger; maintain detailed transfer and wire logs
- Draft and maintain debt notices, interest calculations, covenant tracking, and quarterly bank certifications
- Serve as the primary point of contact for banking communications and administrative needs
- Assist with KYC documentation, credit applications, and counterparty onboarding
- Reconcile hedge settlements and initiate payments or receipts in online treasury platforms
- Support fund accounting by preparing and posting capital calls, distributions, and capital statements for multiple entities
- Maintain accurate investor capital models, respond to investor inquiries, and assist with audit confirmations
- Upload and review investor documentation on Intralinks
- Take on additional responsibilities and projects as needed
What We're Looking For:
- 3 years of treasury experience, ideally in a corporate or fund accounting environment
- Advanced Excel skills and solid Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset
- Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a professional office setting
- Experience with investor relations, banking documentation, and treasury systems is a plus
