Title: Senior ML Ops Engineer

Compensation: $160,000

Skillset / Experience:
These engineers perform the hands-on work across data operations, model monitoring, automation, drift detection, DI 2026 initiatives, and pipeline development . They are the primary technical builders for all Planning, Discovery, and Implementation deliverables.

What These People Will Do

• Build data pipeline monitoring & observability capabilities .
• Develop anomaly detection workflows and automated alerting mechanisms.
• Build and maintain ground truth labeling and validation automation .
• Expand monitoring pipelines to all production models using consistent frameworks.
• Automate drift detection, label validations, and quality guardrails.
• Support DI Product 2026 by onboarding new model simulation tools, pipelines, features, and automation tasks.
• Generate and enhance mock test data frameworks to support model feature testing.
• Integrate solutions into existing environments and ensure operational readiness.

Target Background

• 6-10 years in ML Ops, ML engineering, or data engineering with ML automation exposure.
• Experience with:
  • Model monitoring
  • Ground truth frameworks
  • Drift and data-quality validation
  • ML pipeline automation
  • Hands-on experience with Python, Spark, Airflow, CI/CD, and observability tooling.
