Compensation: 70hr. to 90hr.

Salesforce Solution Architect - Financial Services & Insurance Cloud  (FSC)

Overview
This role supports an enterprise systems modernization to move several existing legacy systems into Salesforce, including the Financial Services & Insurance (FS&I) Cloud (FSC).
Responsibilities

• Lead the design of the overall Salesforce FS&I Cloud architecture, ensuring it integrates effectively with other existing Salesforce Clouds such as Sales, Service, and Experience Cloud
• Define end-to-end solution architecture for migrating legacy systems, workflows, and data into Salesforce.
• Partner closely with internal technical teams and external implementation partners to guide system design and solution standards.
• Ensure scalability, performance, and best practices across the Salesforce platform.
• Provide architectural governance, documentation, and oversight throughout the build and deployment phases.
• Influence future state architecture and integration patterns across related applications and systems.

Required Skills & Experience

• Deep expertise designing solutions across multiple Salesforce Clouds (must include FSC).
• Strong understanding of integrations, data modeling, and enterprise architecture in Salesforce.
• Experience architecting large-scale migrations from legacy or mainframe systems into Salesforce.
• Ability to guide technical teams and collaborate across business and IT stakeholders.
• Strong executive presence and ability to communicate how to solve real world business problems
