Title: Procurement Specialist
Location: Remote (PST Hours)
Duration: Initial 6 Month Contract with Extensions
Compensation: $60-68/HR
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders
Intake Procurement Specialist:
- 7 years, Experience in procurement intake/orchestration platforms.
- Technical Skills: Ability to configure Zip intake forms/workflows, workflow automation, API integrations, and familiarity with P2P system.
- Hands-on experience with Zip (procurement/intake platform) implementation.
- Understanding of procurement transformation and the procurement lifecycle.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and ability to work in fast-paced startup environments.
- Establish governance frameworks, ensuring process consistency and audit readiness.
- Analyze current workflows and recommend process improvements and automation opportunities.
Support change management, user adoption, and training initiatives.
- Experience working closely with Legal, Privacy, Security and audit teams.
