We are looking for a driven, relationship-focused Delivery Manager (Technical Recruiter) to join our Charlotte, NC team. In this role, you will build a strong foundation in technology recruiting while learning our business, clients, and solutions. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with recruiting experience who is motivated by relationship building, business development, and long-term career growth.

Unlike traditional recruiting roles, this position is designed as a fast-track career path into Business Development. During your first 3 - 6 months, you'll immerse yourself in our recruiting and delivery model, gaining firsthand knowledge of our clients, consultants, and technology solutions. Once you've demonstrated success and achieved key performance milestones, you'll transition into a client-facing Business Development role where you'll focus on growing existing accounts, expanding dormant client relationships, and driving new business opportunities.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in: Technology Staffing, IT Consulting, Professional Services, Software or Digital Services, or Staff Augmentation.
• Demonstrated success recruiting technical professionals for contract, contract-to-hire, or direct-hire opportunities.
• A strong desire to transition into a client-facing sales career.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated, competitive, and energized by performance-based environments.
• Strong business acumen with an interest in solving clients' technology and workforce challenges.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Coachable with a growth mindset and a desire to continuously learn and develop professionally.

What to Expect in This Role

Phase 1 - Delivery Manager / Technical Recruiter (First 3 - 6 Months)

• Partner with Business Development Managers and hiring managers to qualify technical requirements and develop recruiting strategies.
• Source, recruit, interview, and place top technology talent across contract, contract-to-hire, and direct-hire opportunities.
• Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals and consultants.
• Manage the candidate experience from initial outreach through offer acceptance and onboarding.
• Develop a deep understanding of our clients, industries, service offerings, and delivery model.
• Attend client meetings alongside Business Development Managers to gain exposure to account strategy and customer relationships.

Phase 2 - Business Development Manager

• Upon demonstrating recruiting success and readiness, you'll transition into a Business Development role where you'll:
• Manage and expand relationships within active and dormant client accounts.
• Develop new business opportunities by uncovering hiring initiatives, consulting projects, and technology transformation efforts.
• Build relationships with hiring managers, IT leaders, and executive stakeholders.
• Partner with recruiting teams to deliver exceptional talent solutions while growing your own book of business.
• Participate in strategic account planning, client meetings, networking events, and business development activities.
• Develop expertise across staffing, consulting, managed services, and professional services solutions.
