Community Relations Director
Inspirit Senior Living – Clarks Summit, PA
Inspirit Senior Living is seeking an energetic, relationship-driven Community Relations Director to support sales, marketing, business development, and occupancy growth at our PA location.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and sales skills, a passion for senior living, and proven experience building referral relationships within the healthcare community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to inquiries, schedule tours, conduct visits, and support the move-in process
- Manage leads and follow-up activity in the company CRM
- Build relationships with hospitals, rehab centers, physicians, home health, hospice, and other referral partners
- Develop outreach and business development opportunities
- Support occupancy growth and community sales goals
- Maintain knowledge of the local competition and senior living market
- Plan and participate in community events, presentations, and networking opportunities
- Represent Inspirit Senior Living professionally within the Clarks Summit area
- Maintain confidentiality and support the Mission, Vision, and Values of Inspirit Senior Living
Qualifications:
- 3–5 years of Assisted Living experience required
- Senior living sales, marketing, admissions, or business development experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, relationship-building, organizational, and closing skills
- Knowledge of the Clarks Summit/Scranton healthcare and senior living market preferred
- College degree preferred or equivalent education and experience
