What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Camp Lifeguard position at InspireWorks Enrichment Inc.?
Location: Agawam, MA
Dates: June 22nd - August 14th
Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 3:45 PM (additional hours available for pre/post camp)
InspireWorks is looking for fun, energetic, and responsible Lifeguards to join our summer camp team! If you love working with kids and have a passion for water safety, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and ensure the safety of all campers in and around the pool.
- Work with camp staff to establish and enforce pool safety guidelines.
- Assist in instructional swim lessons, helping campers improve their water skills.
- Maintain a positive, engaging, and safe environment for campers.
Requirements:
✔ Current Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid Certifications (required)
✔ WSI Certification (preferred, but not required)
✔ Experience working with children in a camp or aquatic setting is a plus!
✔ A positive attitude and strong teamwork skills
