The successful candidate will have broad skills and interest in managing day-to-day operations in a corporate HQ. Each day will be different, with tasks and responsibilities from office management, meeting and training support, new hire onboarding, and more. We'll provide training and expose you to leadership team to learn new skills and contribute as needed.

The successful candidate will have broad skills and interest in managing day-to-day operations in a corporate HQ. Each day will be different, with tasks and responsibilities from office management, meeting and training support, new hire onboarding, and more. We'll provide training and expose you to leadership team to learn new skills and contribute as needed.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming environment to clients and visitors by preparing the conference room for meetings, and assisting leaders with meeting materials, catering, etc.
- Support the Human Resources team in welcoming new employees and getting them up to speed in their new roles.
- Accept and distribute mail/packages.
- Maintain office supply and kitchen inventory, completing and storing orders as needed.
- Oversee vendor to ensure office and kitchen cleaning duties are completed in accordance with our contract.
- Support staff projects as needed, preparing PowerPoint decks, organizing data into Excel spreadsheets, and obtaining meeting minutes as needed.
- At least 2 years of experience, preferably in an administrative or similar environment wearing multiple hats. Human Resources experience is a plus.
- College degree is preferred; enrolled students who are available to work full time will also be considered.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong technical skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a small team environment.
