Role Description

This Temporary position for a Deliver Services Operations Manager is an on-site role located in Quincy, IL. The role involves overseeing day-to-day scheduling and routing assignments, optimizing fleet and route logistics and ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations. Key responsibilities include assigning work, monitoring driver progress and solving for active on-road barriers, on-site interviews, driver performance coaching. Interacting with our on-site vendor leadership to ensure operational compliance and partnering to address customer service related concerns is a key part of the role that also services as the first point of escalation for Inspired LLC - Quincy.

Qualifications

• Strong proficiency in Delivery Operations, Transportation Operations, and related practices.
• Proven experience in Operations Management.
• Excellent Customer Service skills with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Knowledge of compliance requirements and safety regulations in transportation management is desirable.
• Bachelor’s degree and or 5 years experience of direct oversight in a related field is preferred.
• 2 years of direct demonstrated experience in an operational leadership role is a plus.
