Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced tutors to join our team. As a Tutor, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on students' lives by providing personalized instruction and support. Whether working with early childhood, special education, middle school or high school, your expertise will help students achieve their academic goals.
Duties:
- Provide small group tutoring sessions to students from PreK to high school
- Assess students' learning needs and develop customized lesson plans
- Utilize various teaching methods and learning technologies to enhance student engagement
- Adapt instructional strategies to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to students and parents/guardians
- Maintain a safe and supportive learning environment
Experience:
- Experience working with students in an educational setting (early childhood education, special education, classroom, etc.)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Familiarity with tutoring best practices
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the needs of diverse learners
- Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping children learn
