The Implementations Support Specialist is an in-office part-time position 20 hours per week, with a pay rate of $20 per hour. The work schedule is Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
- Please note, the volume of work is cyclical and weekly hours will increase during high-volume weeks, including up to 40 hours per week. The office location is 1318 Route 31 North, Annandale NJ 08801.

Position Overview
The Implementations Support Specialist is responsible for preparing, organizing, and managing the materials and logistical resources needed for successful workshop delivery and client implementation support. This position ensures our internal Educational Instructional Strategists (Strategists) receive complete, accurate, and well-organized physical and digital resources for each client engagement while also supporting operational coordination and quality assurance efforts across the implementation process. This position is anticipated to evolve over time to include expanded support for the Client Implementations team.
Essential Responsibilities
- Hands-on physical tasks such as packing, organizing, and preparing workshop-specific bins, materials and packets, while coordinating timelines to ensure all items are accurate, complete and ready in advance of delivery schedules.
- Develop and maintain organized virtual folders for each workshop and strategist
- Track inventory levels, report shortages or discrepancies, and maintain clean, organized storage systems for materials and supplies
- Provide weekly and end-of-month operational reports and metrics, including workshop schedules, service types, and related implementation data
- Perform general quality assurance checks throughout the implementation process to support client satisfaction and operational excellence
- Conduct outreach to internal team members regarding scheduling updates and rescheduling needs as necessary
- Collaborate with cross-functional team members to support implementation-related activities and organizational priorities
- Create, organize, and maintain accurate electronic files and records, including ongoing data entry and updates across company digital platforms and systems
- Identify opportunities to improve efficiency in preparation, organization, and reporting processes
- Follow all company procedures, quality standards, and confidentiality guidelines
- Other responsibilities may be assigned on an as-needed basis
Basic Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent with a minimum of 3 years of administrative, logistics, and/or operations experience including creating routine and ad hoc reports using spreadsheets, databases, or reporting tool
- Proficient with digital platforms and software, including standard office applications and file management systems
- Ability to lift and move bins/materials (10 to 15 lbs.), as needed
