Responsibilities

- Manage classroom environments effectively, utilizing classroom management strategies to promote discipline, focus, and respectful behavior.
- Provide individualized tutoring and feedback to help students improve their dancing abilities and achieve personal milestones.
- Incorporate elements of theater arts, dance history, and performance skills into lessons to enrich students’ understanding of ballet as an expressive art form.
- Support early childhood education by designing age-appropriate activities for preschoolers and young children with special educational needs.
- Maintain detailed lesson plans, progress records, and behavior management logs to track student development and tailor instruction accordingly.
Skills
- Proven experience with ballet instruction, including choreography, technique correction, and performance coaching.

- Excellent classroom management skills combined with the ability to foster a positive learning environment.
- Experience working with children, including preschoolers and students with special educational needs or early childhood education backgrounds.
