Position Overview
We are seeking a charismatic and proactive Showroom Manager to serve as the face of our Boynton Beach design center. In this role, you will own the client experience from the moment they walk through the door, ensuring our showroom is a polished, inspiring reflection of the Inspired Closets brand. You will not only manage the facility's daily operations and visual presentation but also act as a crucial liaison between potential clients and our design team, setting the stage for successful sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Experience & Lead Management
- Greet clients and guests with warmth and professionalism, creating a lasting first impression.
- Professionally manage incoming phone and email inquiries, acting as the initial filter to gather project details and route potential clients to the appropriate Sales Designer based on scope and availability.
- Partner with Sales Designers to maintain seamless hand-offs between showroom greeting and design consultation, ensuring the client feels guided and cared for throughout their visit.
- Visual Merchandising & Showroom Standards
- Maintain the showroom in a perpetually "tour-ready" state, conducting daily walkthroughs to ensure cleanliness, lighting, and organization meet strict brand standards.
- Arrange displays and stock thoughtfully, ensuring easy access and a flow that sparks inspiration.
- Lead the physical updating of the showroom space to reflect current design trends, seasonal promotions, and new product launches.
- Sales Enablement & Resource Management
- Take full ownership of sales materials (brochures, finish samples, hardware kits), ensuring Designers always have the physical tools required for client presentations.
- Monitor inventory levels of office and showroom supplies, placing orders in advance to prevent shortages and ensure operational continuity.
- Maintain an accurate, up-to-date log of showroom assets and samples to minimize loss and ensure resource availability.
- Operations & Event Coordination
- Execute essential administrative workflows that support the Sales and Marketing teams, including data entry, client follow-ups, and scheduling support.
- Plan and coordinate in-showroom events (e.g., builder mixers, open houses), managing logistics to showcase our craftsmanship to partners and prospective clients
- Identify opportunities to streamline front-desk operations and improve the daily workflow for the onsite team.
Qualifications
- Experience
- Background in customer service, retail management, or showroom operations preferred.
- Experience with inventory management or event coordination is a bonus, but enthusiasm to grow is key.
