Restaurant Manager – West Delray Beach, FL

We are a fast-growing food & beverage brand expanding in the South Florida market and building a strong team of Managers to support our growth starting with the launch of our Flagship West Delray location.

We are looking for a hands-on, results-driven GM who can lead a team, own the numbers, and consistently execute at a high level.

What You’ll Own

• Full responsibility for day-to-day restaurant operations
• Training, and developing a high-performing team
• Managing labor and inventory to hit cost targets
• Driving sales through execution of top quality hospitality
• Maintaining high standards in food quality, cleanliness, and guest hospitality
• Ensuring consistent execution of systems and processes that make guests want to return time and time again.

What Success Looks Like

• Meeting or exceeding labor and food cost targets
• Building a high-performing team with low turnover
• Consistent guest experience and strong online reviews
• Clean, organized, well-run operations every day

What You Bring

• 2 years of restaurant or hospitality experience
• Desire to grow within and be promoted
• Strong leadership and team development skills
• Experience managing labor, inventory, and cost controls
• High ownership mindset and accountability for results
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-energy environment
• Availability for the business needs

Compensation & Benefits

• Negotiable $16.00 - $18.50, plus tips
