About the Role
As an Enrollment Specialist at Inspire Early Education, you’ll be the primary point of contact for families exploring our programs. Your role is to guide parents through the enrollment process, provide information about our curriculum and services, and ensure a smooth, welcoming experience from inquiry to enrollment. We are seeking candidates that reside in OH, MA, NJ, PA, Chicago. This role is hybrid (Hybrid 3-days/week) and will have an office in one of our schools, based on location.
Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, text, and email to connect with qualified parent leads.
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and text, providing clear and helpful information about programs and enrollment steps.
- Listen to each family’s needs and offer personalized guidance on program options and availability.
- Schedule and coordinate school tours, ensuring families feel prepared and welcomed.
- Partner with school directors to ensure that (1) an introduction email between the parents and the director is sent prior to the tour and (2) parents/children information have been transferred to the director by email for the tour needs.
- Follow up with parents after tours within 24 hours to collect feedback, answer questions and support decision-making and complete CRM accordingly with adequate status.
- Maintain detailed records of every family interaction and enrollment progress in our CRM system.
- Identify opportunities to improve the enrollment experience and share feedback with the team.
Qualifications
- 1 year of experience in customer service, admissions, or enrollment coordination is a plus.
- Background in childcare, education, or related fields is a plus.
Required Skills
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with families.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail for managing multiple enrollment processes.
- A genuine passion for helping families find the right educational fit for their child.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
Preferred Skills
- Experience in early childhood education or related fields.
