As the first and last point of contact, you set the tone for every visit while helping ensure the spa operates efficiently behind the scenes.

Essential Role

The Spa Coordinator is responsible for creating an exceptional experience for every guest while supporting the daily operations of the spa. This role requires excellent communication, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Every interaction should leave guests feeling welcomed, cared for, and excited to return.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with warmth, professionalism, and genuine hospitality.
• Answer a multi-line phone system and respond to guest inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Schedule appointments while maximizing daily availability and therapist utilization.
• Educate guests on spa services, memberships, series packages, retail products, and service enhancements.
• Recommend additional services, retail products, and upgrades that enhance the guest experience.
• Process appointments, retail purchases, memberships, gift cards, and payments accurately.
• Maintain accurate guest records and appointment details.
• Coordinate daily schedules for massage therapists and estheticians.
• Resolve guest concerns professionally and confidently.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk, retail area, and reception space.
• Restock retail displays, beverages, robes, guest amenities,relaxation room,break room, and front desk supplies.
• Receive, organize, and assist with inventory and deliveries.
• Complete opening and closing responsibilities.
• Work collaboratively with all departments to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, confidentiality standards, and operational expectations.
• Serving food and food packages tips included.

Qualifications

• Previous spa, hospitality, hotel, luxury retail, or customer service experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy and professionalism.
• Positive attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Comfortable learning scheduling software and point-of-sale systems.
• Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.

Schedule

This is a full-time position.

At this time, we are specifically hiring for evening and weekend shifts. Applicants must have open availability to work nights and weekends. Availability during these times is a requirement for consideration.

Physical Requirements

To successfully perform this position, candidates must be able to:

• Stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
• Lift and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Frequently bend, twist, stoop, kneel, reach, and extend.
• Push and pull carts, boxes, and supplies.
• Perform repetitive computer and administrative tasks.
• Move throughout the spa quickly while maintaining a professional appearance.
