Sr. Payroll Analyst

As a Payroll Analyst, you will be responsible for solving complex Payroll issues, stemming from restaurant team members, managers, and Support Center staff.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Audit, review, and reconcile Restaurant, International and Support Center payrolls on a weekly basis
• Distribute weekly audit reports to Payroll Specialists
• Support Payroll Supervisors by handling escalations
• Assists in the Training and Development of Payroll Specialists and New Hires
• Maintain a high level of customer service through timely response to emails and tickets
• Process complex off-cycle payments (Reversals, Overpayments, Duplicate Employee Merges)
• Assist with research and resolution of complex payroll related matters
• Document and maintain best practices for payroll processing and implement new procedures as needed
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality for all payroll-related items

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE QUALIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or GED required
• Undergraduate degree in business, accounting, or related field preferred
• Payroll processing experience required
• Experience with Workday preferred

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES

• Strong computer skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills: VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
• Must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
• Ability to work in a highly structured team environment
• Ability to maintain strict adherence to outlined procedures
• Ability to have a flexible work schedule due to work volume fluctuations
