Role Description
Looking for someone with a bubbly personality to join our team part-time on Thursdays from 11 am-7 pm and Fridays from 7:45 am-3 pm, as well as coverage for illness and vacations, as needed. Pay range to start is $15-18/hour
The Spa Coordinator will handle the daily operations of the front desk, including scheduling appointments, managing phone calls, and assisting with receptionist duties. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, welcoming clients, and ensuring the smooth operation of the spa's administrative tasks.
- Be on time for shifts and maintain a consistent, regular attendance record.
- Properly open and close the spa each day according to Standard Operating Procedures.
- Accurately book, reschedule, and cancel spa appointments.
- Acknowledge and greet everyone who enters and leaves the spa.
- Ensure that the check-in, check-out, and payment process is handled per company policy.
- Utilize spa computers with skill and proficiency; document guest information in electronic record as directed.
- Answer the phone promptly and use the guest’s name throughout the phone conversation; operate the phone system accurately and efficiently.
- Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, providers, and retail, as well as programs, promotions, and/or discounts available.
- Handle guests’ questions and concerns promptly, professionally, and courteously.
- Maintain complete confidentiality in all guest matters per company policy.
- Provide accurate, appropriate, and immediate responses to all requests by guests to ensure complete guest satisfaction.
- Maintain a clean; safe, fully stocked, and well-organized work area.
- Ensure adequate stock of supplies and equipment; inform management when stock is low.
- Must be able to work without constant direct supervision and remain at assigned post for extended periods.
- Maintain a positive attitude and contribute toward a quality work environment.
- Regularly attend and participate in staff training and meetings.
- Ability to recommend proper retail products as needed.
- Assist in all areas of spa operation as requested by management.
- Communicate to management any occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention.
Salary : $15 - $18
