Duties
- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in and check-out procedures, ensuring a positive first impression
- Schedule appointments accurately using electronic scheduling system, Patient Now.
- Answer multi-line phone systems professionally, providing information and directing calls appropriately
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk area while managing clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and appointment confirmations

- Understanding of HIPAA and patient confidentiality
- Knowledge of treatment prep, contraindications, and scheduling guidelines
- Ability to follow medical office protocols and provider instructions
