At Inspiration Station, we are looking for a dependable and nurturing Infant Child Care Assistant who understands that consistency and connection are essential in the earliest stages of development. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in their work and wants to grow in the field of early childhood education.
What You’ll Do
- Provide attentive, hands-on care to infants in a safe, nurturing environment
- Support feeding, diapering, and daily routines with patience and responsiveness
- Engage with babies through talking, reading, and developmentally appropriate play
- Work collaboratively with lead teachers and teammates
- Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, and organization
- Build respectful relationships with families and coworkers

Requirements
- 2,500 hours of childcare experience
- Ability to obtain clearances
- Physically able to care for infants
Schedule & Pay
Full-Time | Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
$14.00 – $14.75/hour
