Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, located in Brentwood, CA. The analyst will develop and implement individualized ABA treatment plans, conduct comprehensive behavioral assessments, monitor client progress, and adjust interventions as needed. The role includes providing direct clinical services, training and supporting parents and caregivers, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. Maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with ethical and professional standards are also key responsibilities.
Qualifications

- Proficiency in Behavior Analysis and Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Skills in Parent Education and Behavior Management
- General knowledge of Psychology
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or related field
