What are the responsibilities and job description for the Board Certified Behavior Analyst position at Square One?
Square One Autism Services has openings for a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to oversee Caregiver-Led ABA programs in the Sacramento, Stockton and Modesto areas. Square One operates as a two-tier model with mid-level staff providing in-home direct services and parent training and Clinical Supervisors providing program oversight.
This is a full time job. Direct supervision hours average 20 direct hours per week. Business hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 6:30 PM. Direct hourly rate starts at $60 an hour along with a monthly stipend.
The ideal candidate is organized, a self starter, independent, possesses strong, communication, and has some knowledge of the PRT approach. Square One contracts with Catalight Care Services (CCS) in the Sacramento, Stockton, and Modesto areas, therefore candidates with knowledge of their clinical processes are preferred.
