To succeed, you should have:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; previous warehouse, logistics, or distribution experience preferred.
- Solid experience with order fulfillment, inventory management, shipping/receiving, and warehouse operations.
- Experience in warehouse systems, ERP, or shipping software preferred.
Your responsibilities as the Warehouse Clerk will include:
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure on-time fulfillment and high order accuracy.
- Perform inventory control tasks, including cycle counts, stock replenishment, and material handling, to maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Process Will Call orders and support customer pickups while delivering excellent customer service.
- Assist with receiving operations, including returned merchandise authorizations (RMAs) and product verification.
- Maintain warehouse organization, safety compliance (OSHA), and cleanliness in a fast-paced distribution environment.
