To thrive, you should have:

• 5 years of experience in CNC machining, fabrication, or related manufacturing field
• Proven leadership experience in a production or operations management role
• Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement practices
• Engineering or technical college degree preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and make decisions confidently

Your responsibilities as the Operations Manager will include:

• Lead and supervise production floor personnel in collaboration with the foreman
• Develop and implement metrics, policies, and procedures to meet company goals
• Ensure customer satisfaction through quality, cost control, and on-time delivery
• Manage estimating, quoting, and purchasing processes
• Oversee scheduling, work order release, and production flow
• Maintain equipment and facilities; ensure compliance with EHS standards
• Serve as primary point-of-contact for customer communications and contracts
• Support employee development, morale, and safety initiatives
