To succeed as our HRBP, you should have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR/SPHR certification preferred
- Proven experience as an HR Business Partner in a global, matrixed organization, with expertise in talent strategy, change management, and organizational effectiveness
- Advanced knowledge of HRIS systems, employment law compliance, performance management frameworks, and HR analytics tools
- Fluent in English required; German language proficiency preferred, with willingness to support international collaboration and occasional global travel
HR Business Partners’ responsibilities will include:
- Partner with senior leadership to deliver strategic HR business partnership, workforce planning, talent management, and organizational development initiatives aligned with business objectives
- Lead execution of global HR programs, including performance management, employee engagement, succession planning, and leadership development across a multi-region organization
- Drive change management strategies, HR transformation initiatives, and organizational design to support growth, scalability, and operational excellence
- Collaborate with global HR teams and stakeholders to ensure consistent HR policies, compliance, and best practices across international markets
- Provide data-driven insights using HR analytics, KPIs, and people metrics to influence decision-making and improve employee experience and business outcomes
