GRT Financial is seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Operations (VP) to lead their organization with a strong emphasis on debt resolution and debt collections. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing operations within the financial services sector, with specific expertise in debt management solutions. This role requires a strategic, technology-driven leader who can leverage systems, data, and process optimization to enhance operational efficiency, improve performance, and support the organization's continued growth.

To thrive/succeed as the Vice President of Operations, you should have:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years of senior operations leadership experience in debt settlement, debt management, debt collections, or a related financial services environment (required).
• Demonstrated success developing and executing operational strategies that improve performance, increase efficiency, and support organizational growth while aligning with business objectives.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze operational and financial data, identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and drive continuous process improvement.
• Proven leadership experience building, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and exceptional customer service.
• Comprehensive knowledge of debt resolution, collections, regulatory compliance, and applicable federal, state, and local laws governing financial services operations.
• Proficiency with operational technologies, financial management systems, reporting tools, and data analytics platforms used to optimize workflows and improve business performance.
• Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, interpret business and regulatory information, prepare executive-level reports, and effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization.

Your responsibilities as the Vice President of Operations will include:

• Develop and execute operational strategies that support the organization's goals, driving excellence across debt resolution, collections, customer service, and overall business performance.
• Lead and optimize day-to-day operations by leveraging technology, data analytics, and process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, compliance, and customer satisfaction while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing operations team by fostering a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, collaboration, and exceptional client service.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations governing debt resolution and collections while maintaining the organization's commitment to ethical business practices and risk management.
• Partner with executive leadership and cross-functional teams to drive strategic initiatives, evaluate operational performance, communicate results, and implement solutions that support organizational growth and operational excellence.
