To thrive/succeed as the Vice President of Operations, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years of senior operations leadership experience in debt settlement, debt management, debt collections, or a related financial services environment (required).
- Demonstrated success developing and executing operational strategies that improve performance, increase efficiency, and support organizational growth while aligning with business objectives.
- Strong business acumen with the ability to analyze operational and financial data, identify trends, make data-driven decisions, and drive continuous process improvement.
- Proven leadership experience building, mentoring, and developing high-performing teams while fostering a culture of accountability, collaboration, innovation, and exceptional customer service.
- Comprehensive knowledge of debt resolution, collections, regulatory compliance, and applicable federal, state, and local laws governing financial services operations.
- Proficiency with operational technologies, financial management systems, reporting tools, and data analytics platforms used to optimize workflows and improve business performance.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders, interpret business and regulatory information, prepare executive-level reports, and effectively collaborate across all levels of the organization.
Your responsibilities as the Vice President of Operations will include:
- Develop and execute operational strategies that support the organization's goals, driving excellence across debt resolution, collections, customer service, and overall business performance.
- Lead and optimize day-to-day operations by leveraging technology, data analytics, and process improvements to increase efficiency, scalability, compliance, and customer satisfaction while monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs).
