• Provide technical knowledge in assessing new IT software projects and initiatives to support and enhance our existing systems.

• Perform special project rollout

• Conduct product feature testing, review, and procedure manual write-up.

• Learn ticketing systems, networking basics, and Active Directory Management

• Work on Insource IT Support

• Learn Asset Management Organization

• Image laptops for rollouts at Charter School clients

• Conduct system stress testing

• Work with various cloud platforms (google, Dropbox, Office365)
