Insomnia Visuals is an LA-based fashion brand building a global presence in alt/grunge clothing.

We are seeking a Chief of Staff to support execution across product, content, and operations.

Working closely with the CEO. Your job is to ensure all teams are aligned, timelines are met, and execution is consistent, on time, and to standard.

This role is responsible for maintaining execution across the business at a high level of consistency and accountability.

• Ensure all teams operate against clear timelines and priorities
• Maintain visibility across all workflows and stages
• Ensure consistent delivery across product, content, and operations

• Ensure sampling and production timelines are met
• Maintain clear status across all stages
• Hold teams accountable to deadlines and deliverables

• Oversee execution of content aligned to product drops
• Coordinate photoshoots and ensure all deliverables are completed to standard
• Attend key shoots to oversee execution and timeliness
• Ensure assets are delivered on time and organized correctly

• Maintain alignment across product, supply chain, content, and operations
• Support weekly reporting, tracking, and follow-ups
• Ensure teams are delivering against expectations

• Coordinate product launches end-to-end
• Ensure product, content, and site readiness prior to go-live
• Work with e-commerce to ensure accuracy across all launches
• Maintain consistency across every release

• Be present where it matters. Shoots, activations, pop-ups, events. Weekend availability when the calendar requires it.

• 3–6 years in operations, production, or brand ops, ideally within fashion, e-commerce, or a consumer brand
• Strong organizational and execution skills
• Ability to understand several parts of the business
• Experience building systems and processes
• Be comfortable managing people and holding teams accountable

• $108,000-$120,000 Base salary performance-based compensation
