About the Role
Coffee & Chill is seeking a highly organized, execution-driven Chief of Staff to work directly with the founders and leadership team. This is a high-impact, cross-functional role designed for someone early in their career who wants to operate at the center of a fast-growing company.
You’ll help translate vision into action—owning projects across operations, marketing, compliance, and partnerships. From building internal systems to managing key relationships, you’ll be a critical force in keeping the business running efficiently and scaling effectively.
Responsibilities
- Own Cross-Functional Projects: Lead and execute projects across operations, marketing, and all aspects of the business—ensuring timelines, deliverables, and outcomes are met.
- Build Operational Infrastructure: Develop and maintain internal systems, documentation, and workflows that improve efficiency and scalability.
- Manage Admin & Compliance: Support business compliance efforts, including building and maintaining insurance policies and regulatory requirements.
- Develop Marketing Systems: Build and manage email marketing copy and infrastructure, advertising campaigns, and user data.
- Maintain CRM & Data Hygiene: Keep CRM pipelines, contacts, and data, clean, organized, and actionable.
- Support Brand Partnerships: Communicate with brand partners, manage outreach and follow-ups, and help coordinate partnership deliverables.
- Act as a Strategic Right Hand: Work closely with the founders to prioritize initiatives, solve problems, and keep key workstreams moving forward.
Who You Are
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities at once.
- A clear and professional communicator, both written and verbal.
- Comfortable building systems from scratch and improving existing processes.
- Excited about startups, wellness, community, and experiential brands.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1–2 years of experience in marketing, project management, operations, or a similar role.
- Experience working with AI tools to build out systems.
- Experience with CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
- Experience working in startups, agencies, events, or consumer brands.
- Experience writing marketing and newsletter copy
Location (must be based in): Los Angeles
